An email acknowledging receipt of your order will be sent to you after you place it; this email is just an acknowledgement and does not signify that your order has been accepted. Until we email you to confirm that the products you ordered have been shipped to you, no contract will exist between us. The goods covered by the contract created will only be those stated in the confirmation email that was sent at the time of shipping.


Although we make every effort to guarantee the accuracy of all the information, descriptions, and prices on this website, mistakes can nevertheless happen. We will notify you as soon as we find a pricing error for any items you have ordered, and you will be given the choice to either cancel or reconfirm your order at the correct price. The order will be considered canceled if we are unable to get in touch with you. You will get a complete refund if you cancel and you have already paid for the goods. VAT is already included in all pricing. Additional charges for delivery will be incurred; these charges are included in the "Total Cost" and are indicated clearly where applicable.


We operate a number of discounts and promo codes all year long. To be applied, discount codes must be supplied at checkout. Discount codes aren't valid on already made or upcoming transactions. It is not possible to combine a discount code with another offer, promotion, or discount. Discounts and promotions may be edited or removed at any moment by Acanthia Jewellery.



You (the customer) are liable for any customs and duties costs incurred when receiving your order. Acanthia Jewellery will not pay them and if they are not paid your order will be returned to us.


Acanthia Jewellery reserves the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and size. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual article. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

If there is any reason that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If your item becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, please contact us via email for further help. We are unable to refund or replace items purchased more than 7 days ago.If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or replace any earrings, unless they are faulty.
