TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Depending on availability, dispatch times may change. We disclaim all liability for any delays caused by postal delays. For further details, please visit the Shipping & Returns page.

Your order will be notified via email if it is accepted. When you place an order, you guarantee that the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase is approved, that all the information you give us is true and accurate, and that you have enough money on hand to pay for the items.

CONTACT

An email acknowledging receipt of your order will be sent to you after you place it; this email is just an acknowledgement and does not signify that your order has been accepted. Until we email you to confirm that the products you ordered have been shipped to you, no contract will exist between us. The goods covered by the contract created will only be those stated in the confirmation email that was sent at the time of shipping.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Although we make every effort to guarantee the accuracy of all the information, descriptions, and prices on this website, mistakes can nevertheless happen. We will notify you as soon as we find a pricing error for any items you have ordered, and you will be given the choice to either cancel or reconfirm your order at the correct price. The order will be considered canceled if we are unable to get in touch with you. You will get a complete refund if you cancel and you have already paid for the goods. VAT is already included in all pricing. Additional charges for delivery will be incurred; these charges are included in the "Total Cost" and are indicated clearly where applicable.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

We operate a number of discounts and promo codes all year long. To be applied, discount codes must be supplied at checkout. Discount codes aren't valid on already made or upcoming transactions. It is not possible to combine a discount code with another offer, promotion, or discount. Discounts and promotions may be edited or removed at any moment by Acanthia Jewellery.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

You (the customer) are liable for any customs and duties costs incurred when receiving your order. Acanthia Jewellery will not pay them and if they are not paid your order will be returned to us.

SHADE AND SIZE

Acanthia Jewellery reserves the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and size. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual article. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

Our privacy policy tells you how we will use your personal information and details of this can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to using your personal data for the purpose of dispatching goods and related matters as described and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

CHANGES TO WEBSITE

Acanthia Jewellery reserve the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any page of this website.

RETURNS POLICY

If there is any reason that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If your item becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, please contact us via email for further help. We are unable to refund or replace items purchased more than 7 days ago.If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or replace any earrings, unless they are faulty.

BESPOKE ORDERS

All bespoke pieces are made to order and designed specifically for each customer.

Based on our conversation, I’ll create three bespoke digital design sketches tailored specifically to you.

These may explore variations in gemstones, style, or precious metal choices, allowing you to consider different directions.

All initial designs are provided digitally, allowing you to review and refine your ideas wherever you are.

Initial designs delivered digitally within one week.

Once you’ve chosen your preferred design, I’ll develop it into a detailed technical design. This includes professional digital CAD drawings, ensuring every detail is carefully considered before production. Your technical designs will be delivered digitally within one week.

Design fee: £50

Your piece is created by trusted local jewellers with years of bench expertise, using traditional techniques and high-quality materials.

This is where your design is cast in your chosen precious metal, stones are carefully sourced, and the piece is mounted, set, and polished by hand.

Full quoted price required.

Timescale: 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Please note that gemstone or material availability can vary. Certain stones may no longer be available at the time your order proceeds. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives.
